The DSPF implementation process, as communicated in the guidelines for applicants, foresaw a 2 step application procedure: the best 15 applications, following the pre-assessment, were planned to elaborate a detailed project description & budget plan together with the Implementing Body (IB).

After a revision of the DSPF implementation process, the European Commission together with PA10 decided to change the procedure as follows:

All 37 DSPF applications received from PACs are forwarded directly to the DSPF Jury. The DSPF Jury will select 10-11 projects applicants, which will then elaborate a detailed project description, budget plan and the grant agreement together with the IB.

The DSPF Jury will come to a decision until approx. mid / end of October 2017. All applicants will receive notice about the results shortly afterwards.
